60 Years of Music.

Six decades of music, culture and legendary moments. To celebrate its 60th anniversary, Montreux Jazz Festival marks the milestone with a collection that draws on the Festival’s rich visual heritage while bringing it into a contemporary wardrobe.

The anniversary collection includes a custom satin bomber jacket, oversized hoodie, long sleeve T-shirt and heavyweight rugger polo. The number 60 runs throughout the collection, alongside archival-inspired graphics, embroidery, woven labels and the phrase “music lover”, connecting the pieces back to the spirit of Montreux.

The celebration extends beyond apparel with a tray and coasters featuring the Festival’s first logo, originating from Hamish Grimes’ typographic poster Let the Sunshine In. Created against the backdrop of the Vietnam War, its sun motif and distinctly 1970s typography expressed a message of peace and love, with “Montreux Jazz” forming the upper half of a glowing vinyl record.

A collection that looks back at 60 years of history while celebrating what has always been at the heart of Montreux: music.
