GAIS wanted a partner who could handle every aspect of merchandise — design, web shop, logistics, and support — allowing the club to focus on its core business.

We started with collaborative design workshops alongside the club and an external designer who is also a GAIS supporter. Together, we shaped the web shop structure and the first two collections, combining ideas from both design teams while keeping final decisions with the club to ensure an authentic GAIS feel.

The result exceeded expectations. Sales have been outstanding, supporter feedback has been extremely positive, and the collaboration around marketing and photoshoots has been smooth from day one — setting a strong foundation for the future.
