Sales Project Manager Denver, CO
The role
We're looking for a driven and commercially minded Sales Project Manager to join our Denver team and help grow our non-license business across sports, ski and summer resorts, corporate partnerships, and other brand-led organizations. This is a role that requires regular travel.
The role blends sales, account ownership, and project management. You'll build relationships, bring in new business, and run projects end to end. From first conversation and pricing through production, delivery, and follow-up. You'll be the main point of contact for your clients and work closely with design, production, and logistics to make things happen.
We're looking broadly for this role. Maybe you're earlier in your career with a serious drive we can help grow, or maybe you're more experienced and already have relationships in the industry. What matters most is a genuine interest in sales, merch, design processes, sports, and the drive to make things happen. That will take you further here than ticking every box on paper.
If you enjoy sports, travel, and working where decisions move fast and your work has real impact, you'll feel at home.
What you'll do
- Own and grow relationships with clients across sports, ski and summer resorts, corporate partnerships, and other brand-led organizations
- Drive new business through active prospecting and outreach, taking ownership from first contact through conversion
- Develop existing accounts and bring fresh ideas to sales strategy and client engagement

- Coordinate closely with design, production, and logistics to keep timelines on track
- Manage budgets and margins for your client base throughout the year
- Track performance, payments, and delivery milestones
- Visit clients in person and represent SDS at trade shows and industry events, with travel up to ~30%
What you bring
- 1-5 years of experience in sales, account management, project management, or a similar commercial role

- Strong structure and follow-through, comfortable managing multiple projects at once
- Clear, confident communication, both internally and externally
- A commercial mindset, with an understanding of budgets, margins, and timelines
- Self-motivated, target-driven and comfortable working both independently and as part of a small, hands-on team
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- A humble, proactive, and pragmatic approach
- A genuine interest in sports, apparel, and brand-driven products. This is part of how we work and who we are
