Fill in your details, copy, and paste into your email app.
The signature works in Outlook (web, Windows, Mac) and Apple Mail (Mac, iPhone, iPad). Your details are only saved in your own browser.

Hi, Great talking to you, speak soon.
Best regards
Use Copy signature in almost every case. The plain text version is for the Outlook mobile app. The HTML code is for IT, or for setting up the signature centrally.
■ How to add it
Pick the email app you use.
Click Copy signature above.
Open Outlook on the web (outlook.office.com) or the new Outlook for Windows.
Click the gear icon → Account → Signatures.
Choose + New signature, name it "SDS" and paste with Ctrl+V (Mac: ⌘+V).
Under Select default signatures, set "SDS" for both new messages and replies/forwards.
Click Save.
The new Outlook and Outlook on the web share the same signature, so you only need to do this once.
Click Copy signature above.
In Outlook: File → Options → Mail → Signatures…
Click New and name it "SDS".
Click in the large edit box and paste with Ctrl+V.
On the right, choose "SDS" for New messages and Replies/forwards.
Click OK.
Click Copy signature above.
In Outlook: Outlook in the menu bar → Settings → Signatures.
Click +, name the signature "SDS" and paste with ⌘+V.
Save and close the window.
Under Choose default signature, pick your account and set "SDS" for new messages and replies/forwards.
Open this page in Safari (works best with Apple Mail), fill in your details and click Copy signature.
Open the Mail app. In the menu bar, choose Mail → Settings (called Preferences on older macOS versions).
Open the Signatures tab.
In the left column, select your work account (not "All Signatures").
Click + below the middle column. A new signature appears. Rename it "SDS".
Untick "Always match my default message font" at the bottom of the window. Do this before pasting. If it's ticked, Mail changes all text to its own font and size.
Click in the right-hand box, select the placeholder text with ⌘+A and delete it.
Paste with ⌘+V. The text should now have different sizes.
At the bottom, set Choose Signature to "SDS" so it's added to every new email.
Close the Settings window. Changes save automatically.
Send a test email to yourself to check that everything looks right.
Already added the signature and it looks plain? Delete it with −, then start again from step 1.
Open this page on your iPhone or iPad, fill in your details and tap Copy signature.
Open the Settings app → Apps → Mail (on older iOS versions: Settings → Mail).
Scroll down and tap Signature.
If you have more than one account, choose Per Account and use your work account's box.
Delete the existing text ("Sent from my iPhone"), then tap and hold in the box and choose Paste.
If the formatting disappears (all text the same size): shake the phone right after pasting and choose Undo Change Attributes. The formatting comes back.
Go back. The signature saves automatically. Send a test email to check it.
This only adds the signature to the phone or tablet. Your Mac has its own settings, see the Apple Mail (Mac) tab.
Click Copy plain text above and email the text to yourself, or open this page on your phone and copy it there.
In the Outlook app: tap your profile picture → the gear icon → Signature.
Paste the text and go back to save.
The Outlook mobile app doesn't keep formatting reliably, so the plain text version works best there.
