Arbetsuppgifter
Som marknadskoordinator ansvarar du över att planera och genomföra marknadsföringen för att öka försäljningen och bygga varumärket Sport Design Sweden. Du har en central roll i företagets marknadsföringsstrategi och arbetar nära produktions- och designchefen i syfte att skapa digitalt material för att inspirera både nya och befintliga kunder. Du kommer även att ha ansvar för att uppdatera företagets webbsida och sociala medier-plattformar samt skapa marknadsmaterial.
Som marknadskoordinator är ditt arbete att nå ut till företagets målgrupp och visa den bredd som bolaget har i diverse designuppdrag. Då detta är en ny roll hos Sport Design finns det stora möjligheter att vara med och forma rollen tillsammans med dina kollegor.

Dina huvudsakliga ansvarsområden:
• Skapa marknadsföringsmaterial
• Producera och distribuera marknadsmaterial i lämpliga kanaler
• Ansvar för innehåll på webbsida och sociala medier
• Projektleda fotograferingar

Utbildning, erfarenhet och personliga egenskaper
• Arbetslivserfarenhet inom marknadsföring, alternativt motsvarande utbildning
• Goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska i såväl tal som skrift
• Det är meriterande med kunskap i Word Press samt InDesign och/eller Adobe Creative Suite
• Har du ett sportintresse är det meriterande

Som person är du självgående och tar ett stort ägandeskap för dina arbetsuppgifter och är duktig på att driva flera projekt samtidigt och hålla deadlines. För att trivas i rollen som marknadskoordinator ser vi att du är nyfiken och du motiveras av att driva dina arbetsuppgifter framåt. Vidare är du kreativ och bidrar med nya idéer och perspektiv. Sport Design Sweden is looking for a person to join our sales team, working primarily towards Resorts in Scandinavia and Mid Europe.

At Sport Design Sweden we design and produce merchandise collections for customers in some of the worlds most famous Ski and Summer Resorts, as well as world famous sports teams around.

Responsibilities

As a Junior Account Manager, you will manage and nurture relationships with existing customers as well as finding new businesses, primarily with a focus on Resort Customers in Scandinavia and Mid Europe. You will manage the full order process, from presenting a design idea to ensuring the products are successfully delivered to your customers. You will play an important part in linking customer needs with internal teams like Design, Production, Logistics and Accounting.

We believe meeting our customers in person is a key to success and offers additional value, so we expect you to travel frequently during peak times of the year. Qualifications

Sport Design Sweden started in 2008, and since then, our business has grown quickly. Our customers include clubs in major sports leagues throughout Europe and North America (e.g., Liverpool, Manchester City, and Chicago Blackhawks), local grassroots teams, and resorts worldwide (e.g., Aspen and Chamonix). We are headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden, with a North American office in Denver, CO.

About the position

As we expand our business in the US, we are looking for a Sales Project Manager to join our small but growing team in Denver. This person will be responsible for cultivating new relationships and maintaining existing relationships with a primary focus on our ski and college divisions.

The responsibilities are a mix of project management and sales. As the direct point of contact to the customer, you will work closely with our customers to relay their creative input to our design and production teams in Sweden to effectively manage the process from initial meeting to delivery. This means you will manage all aspects of the sales function, from new lead generation to sales, support current customers, post-sales reporting, and up-sell.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Promote the continued revenue growth of Sport Design Sweden, Inc.
  • Cultivating new relationships, managing and maintaining existing relationships
  • Identifying opportunities to grow existing markets and finding new avenues for growth
  • Collaborate with clients, and our different departments at SDS (production, design, logistics)
  • Perform sales presentations to prospective customers.

Requirements: 

  • Have confidence in presenting and enjoy meeting new people/building relationships
  • Have an energetic, positive attitude with an eagerness to learn and grow
  • Be detail orientated and organized with the ability to be able to handle a varied workload
  • Have an ability to deliver high-quality work in a timely and precise manner
  • Excellent computer skills (especially Excel)
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as a team
  • Be humble, authentic, and lead with a team-first approach
  • Knowledge and passion for the ski and/or College industry
  • Self-starter who can work independently and is a fast learner
  • Have strong communication skills (oral and written)
  • 2+ years of experience within sales, merchandise sales, or the ski industry is necessary

Location

To us, it’s essential to build a culture where we can learn from each other and do so regularly in our new Denver office (located in RiNo). However, you will have the flexibility of a hybrid workplace if you wish so. Eligibility to work in the United States (as determined by the US Form I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification requirements) is required. You need to be able to travel up to 30% of the time. A valid driver’s license is required. Many of our customers love for us to visit just as much as we do.
